In 2016 Amee was diagnosed with breast cancer at 42 and in this episode she shares her story from treatment to remission plus how she shifted her mindset, workouts and nutrition to accommodate her recovery.

Amee talks about how she began looking for cracks in her routine, how she learned to reduce stress, how she let go of being so religious with macro counting and started to trust her body to tell her what she needs.
