About Katie: Katie Turman received her BS in Social Work from Columbia College and went on to obtain her Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is also a Licensed Addiction Counselor and has worked in the field of addiction recovery for almost 20 years.

About Lisa: Lisa Mustard, MPH, EdS, LMFT is a talk therapist. She has worked for a college counseling center, addiction recovery center and most recently has been working with a military branch for the past 10 years. Lisa is a lover of all things fitness and health, an app creator, personal branding consultant and Podcaster.
