Scott A. Cook, M.D., M.P.H. is a physician, businessman, and international lecturer who grew up in Pittsburgh. He is a previous ER Physician & shareholder partner in Med Express Urgent Care. Currently, Dr. Cook is Medical Director & Chief Medical Officer at Recovery Centers of America (RCA) & Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services (SPHS). His current clinical work is in the areas of Addiction Medicine & Behavioral Health.

Dr Cook lectures on Substance Use Disorders (SUD), mental health, avoiding professional burnout, and creating world-class corporate cultures. An avid traveler, Dr. Cook has visited more than 50 countries and lectured in many. He is currently attending Harvard Medical School for a Certificate in Global Health Leadership.
